Purpose
Maintain the calibrated measurement reference while the vehicle rolls or the lift structure changes slightly under load.
How it works
What the software does.
The software continuously compares the three-dimensional target coordinates with the calibrated reference plane. This lets the measurement model account for supported changes in the relationship between the vehicle and alignment surface, with particular value for camber readings.
When to use
Where it fits in the workflow.
Use during supported measurement and adjustment workflows where residual lift unevenness or normal structural movement could otherwise influence the reference.
Benefits
Practical value in the alignment bay.
- Maintains the calibrated plane through the workflow
- Adds real-time context to static lift-level calibration
- Supports stable readings while the vehicle position changes
Availability
Configuration limitation.
Performance depends on correct calibration, target visibility and the supported camera and software configuration.
